Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Guide, the Planner and the Master Bundle. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to ask for a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at johanhartz@icloud.com with the email address you bought with, and we'll arrange it.

What happens next

Refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take a few working days to show it. Access to the refunded product ends once the refund is processed.
